Fruits and Vegetables Contain Vitamins and Minerals Which Improve Brain Functions

Taking a multivitamin supplement is recommended to improve brain functioning. There are several researches done concluding that about one third to one half of school children show improvement in their non-verbal IQ scores after taking multivitamin supplements. The brain supplements used in tests and studies have vitamin and mineral contents good for the functioning of the brain. These vitamins and minerals in supplements are already in chemical or compound form; however these vitamins and minerals could also be found in their natural enzyme form in the juice of fruits and vegetables.

1. Grape seed (extract). Grape seed extract is rich in antioxidants that eliminate dangerous free-radicals in our body and brain.

Multivitamin supplements contain all the brain vitamins and minerals that we need for our brain’s health; however we should also notice that these brain vitamins and minerals are already easily obtained by juicing fruits and vegetables for their natural ingredients.

Taking the juices of the fruits and vegetables mentioned above is healthy, safe, effective, and more practical. Juicing fruits and vegetables is a very easy and economical way for us to get our daily required brain vitamins and minerals to improve brain functioning, increase IQ, prevent memory loss, and ultimately, take care of our overall mental health.
